Peter E. Casey, 104

My good friend Shayna's grandfather, Peter Casey, recently passed away, he was 104.

A couple of years ago ESPN ran a documentary, "The Curse of the Bambino," which included an interview with Mr Casey. Why? This excerpt from his obituary explains:

"After watching Babe Ruth play for the Red Sox at Fenway Park in their successful 1918 World Series, he remained a passionate and sometimes frustrated Red Sox fan for the rest of his life."

Mr Casey was buried wearing his Red Sox hat.
