Vin Scully? High Five!
Mr Scully sat down with the Rocky Mountain News recently. When asked what he would do if he were commissioner for a day, Mr Scully responded thusly:
"(T)he first thing I would do is get rid of 14 teams. I'd get back to eight teams in each league."
Fairest, quickest way to do this? I don't know, maybe get rid of all those sorry-ass expansion teams?

I say we start first by getting rid of teams who haven't found a way to win a world series in the last 85 years. I mean, if you haven't won in 85+ years, should you really still be allowed to even play?
