So incensed by the verbal abuse leveled at some of the regulars here at MWISAA, Bill Seitz, in a show of solidarity with... himself, no longer posts here. Instead, he's taken refuge over at the UrClown's site to take snide potshots at me...
C'mon back, Bill. The playoffs won't be the same without you.
When you say "Sox over Angels (barely)" do you mean by only 3 games as compared to the 6 games by which they bested them in the regular season?

And I might as well follow up with the fact that the Sox were 5-4 against the Angels this season, but only 4-4 in games not started by Aaron Sele, who will be far from the playoff roster.

OK, so it took the Halos six months to realize that Sele is an overpriced doorstop. Nice work. Your only starter with an ERA under 5.50 against Boston is Escobar, who went 0-1 with a 4.50 ERA.
I think there might be a whoopee cushion on your catbird seat, assclown.
